For in hand delivered orders:

The website always requires you to fill in your address when you're placing an order, but if I'm going to give you your order personally you don't have to share it!

So if you are not comfortable in sharing your address or true name, you don´t have to fill it with your real information!

For PayPal: I strictly only accept payments through the Friends & family option! Don't use other options (contact me first)

The payment is done manually! I will confirm the payment myself, and then you'll be notified!

You have two days to make the payment, otherwise your order will be cancelled.

✿ When are orders shipped? ✿

I will be updating everyone every time I go to the post office on my Instagram stories!

I will try to ship orders weekly but I may not be able to, so keep an eye on my stories to stay informed or feel free to send me a message!

✿ About pre-orders ✿

If you bought something on pre-order, you'll need to wait extra time, only after I close the pre-order is when the product will start to be manufactured, and after they are shipped to me is when I will start packing everything to send the orders!

✿ How long will it take for my order to arrive? ✿

Portugal - 1 to 15 business days

Europe - 1~4  Weeks

International - 1~4 Weeks

Keep in mind that there are a lot of things that may delay the delivery of your package, so the exact time it may take is somewhat uncertain.
